OMG! This has to be fake. The font size is so much huger than my regular Yahoo news page. But maybe we'd get our theme park finally!
On October 30, 2012, The Walt Disney Company announced a deal to acquire Lucasfilm for $4.05 billion. Lucasfilm, previously, has collaborated with The Walt Disney Company and Walt Disney Imagineering numerous times to create rides and attractions centered on Star Wars and Indiana Jones for various Walt Disney Parks and Resort attractions worldwide.

great. Now maybe disney will give the fans what they want, including a proper bluray dvd release of the classic trilogy before george butchered it.

Well said.star wars can't be ruined by george lucas anymore
today was a good day
Ding-ding-ding..we have a winner!!!!This is actually superb news for us guys. The thought of no more Star Wars movies and interest levels dwindling away is never good from a collector pov.
However the idea that Star Wars will keep going and enthusing more and future generations, like the James Bond franchise has since the sixties is fantastic news for us collectors - and will only be positive for the $ values of vintage collections and for bringing new people into the hobby.
This is REALLY good news from a long-term investment pov.
Does that mean I collect "Disney figures" now??? Wow....and I thought it couldnt get worse telling people what my hobby is....
